On Monday, we are in India for a special post from The Alchemist. She will be writing about Indian Independence Day, and we look forward to hearing all about this occasion and what it means for our Indian moms.
On Tuesday, we visit with Ambre French, our French maman who lives in Norway. She talks about having fun with her daughter and animal sounds. What languages does an animal speak when a child is being raised in a multilingual home? Read and find out!
On Wednesday, we are in Illinois with Jill Barth, mom of three. We recently got to know Jill in her writer interview, and we look forward to reading her posts here. Come read what she has to say!
And on Thursday, we head to Brazil to hear from Eco Ziva, another new writer. She is a mom of two, and working on a doctoral thesis on international environmental policy – an issue that is increasingly important as our world becomes more depleted. We look forward to her first regular post.

On Wednesday, we go all the way to India to visit with The Alchemist, engineer-turned-writer. The Alchemist confesses that being a stay-at-home-mom to a busy preschooler is exhausting, but she loves it.
And on Thursday, we go full circle as we return to California, this time to hear from Polish Mom Photographer! This stay-at-home mom has lived a life of travel and adventure, and is now pursuing her dreams of becoming a professional photographer.

On Monday, we start the week in Minnesota with Galit Breen. Galit discusses a topic that was touched on here a couple of weeks ago that many people are all too afraid to open a dialogue about: race relations. Specifically, she talks about ways to educate our children about the differences between people.
On Tuesday, we will have our first post from Dr. Jeanelle Marshawn of Arizona. This busy mom of teenagers has lots of interesting stories to tell. She is fluent in American Sign Language, and she is endeavouring to make the world a better place through her non-profit teen foundation.
On Wednesday, we head on over to Massachusetts to hear from Courtney Cappallo. Courtney talks about a question that moms have agonized over since the dawn of time: how do you know when you’re done having kids?
And on Thursday, we will visit Amy Hillis in Ohio. It has been a while since we had a post from Amy because she’s had some very heavy loads to deal with in her life, and we are very happy to welcome her back. Last week she reintroduced herself in her writer’s interview. This week she will dive back in with a regular post. Welcome back, Amy!

This week we will be reading some first-time posts from new writers who we have recently gotten to know through the interview questions. We will also meet a new writer for the first time, as well as welcoming back a beloved writer who had to take a break as a result of a personal tragedy.
On Monday we be in Saudi Arabia with Mama B. She talks about the fine line that divides spanking and child abuse, and gives us a glimpse into her own views on this controversial topic.
On Tuesday, we head to Minneapolis, where Third Eye Mom gives us a candid and very brave account of her experiences with post partum depression. This is an important topic that is not talked about enough, despite its frequency.
On Wednesday, we fly north of the US border to beautiful BC, Canada. MamaRobinJ, who we met last week, talks about a subject that many of us have had to deal with: maternity leave! What is maternity leave like in Canada compared to everywhere else? Read this post and find out!
And on Thursday, we are off to Australia, where Inspiration To Dream tells us about one of her more memorable vacations. After reading this story, I think we will all be able to agree that this holiday was definitely memorable, though not necessarily for the right reasons!
