“The latest book I’ve read is ‘The Book of Fairy Princes’ by Isabel Wyatt, yes it is a children’s book, and I really like it because it is like an old-fashioned fairy tale book, but the boys are the focus not the girls. As a Mum to three boys – this is important in our house.” (more…)

World Moms Blog is having an international growth spurt! This week on our Facebook Page we announced the addition of two new writers: Ambre French, a French “maman” writing from Scandanavia (Norway) and Karyn Van Der Zwet, a “mum” writing from New Zealand. And, this week on our Facebook Page, we will be announcing, yet another, new international mother from India who is joining our writing team, too!

“My four-year old received a thoughtful but somewhat juvenile birthday gift from an elderly neighbor. The next time we bumped into the neighbor, I thanked her profusely for her kindness and told her how much my daughter loved playing with the gift at which point my daughter chimed in,’no I don’t mommy, remember, it was for toddlers so we gave it to Rachel’s sister?’ (oops!)” (more…)

Tuesday, we fly north of the border to Toronto, Canada for Kirsten Jessiman’s, “An Eighth of an Inch”. In a place where she found herself dealing with the initial diagnosis of her son’s autism, she found optimism. A very inspiring read!
Wednesday, we travel to the west coast USA to meet up with the hip A. Roselyn in San Francisco! And Thursday ,we take the red-eye out east to Cape Cod, Massachusetts to check in with Courtney Cappallo, our home-schooling mom!
