“What is your favorite grab ‘n go or quick fix food?”
Here’s what some of our busy moms had to say…
Maggie Ellison of South Carolina, USA writes:
“On the go, I grab a banana, cheese stick and an apple juice box for the kids. I’ve been working on adding carrots to that and so far, so good. If they need more, I will throw some pretzels or crackers in a bag. It all just depends what we have and what we will be doing.” (more…)

This week we asked our writers,
What book did you last read? Or, what is your favorite book?
Here’s what they had to say!
Karyn Van Der Zwet of New Zealand states:
“The latest book I’ve read is ‘The Book of Fairy Princes’ by Isabel Wyatt, yes it is a children’s book, and I really like it because it is like an old-fashioned fairy tale book, but the boys are the focus not the girls. As a Mum to three boys – this is important in our house.” (more…)

This week we asked our World Moms Blog writers,
“What is your most embarrassing moment in motherhood?”
All we can say is…get ready to laugh (or cringe) with us!
Kyla P’an of Massachusetts, USA admits:
“My four-year old received a thoughtful but somewhat juvenile birthday gift from an elderly neighbor. The next time we bumped into the neighbor, I thanked her profusely for her kindness and told her how much my daughter loved playing with the gift at which point my daughter chimed in,’no I don’t mommy, remember, it was for toddlers so we gave it to Rachel’s sister?’ (oops!)” (more…)

This week we asked our World Moms Blog writers…
“Fess up, moms! Any white lies you want to admit to telling your children?”
The ladies, as usual, did not hold back…
Kirsten Jessiman of Toronto, Canada writes:
“My top three:
– If you keep pouting and the wind changes, your face will stay that way.
– The monsters went away because I punched them in the nose.
– Yes, I also have to go to my room when I say a bad word.” (more…)
